Hello,
I couldn't ignore the fact that monster decks are overpowered once again. Weakening the weather remove card was not correct, because massively monster decks spam the entire field with weather effects, weaking completely everything, and having only one row removal is too weak to counter it. Not to mention the waterproof cards!!! Skellige's deck is too strong because of two reasons - first the ressurection units and second the new addition with waterproof card that returns the entire row to it's original strength! In this situation I used a weather card, then got countered by that, then used Philippa, and got countered by a second such card! This is completele madness, because if the opponent holds more than one such card you just can't win, no matter what you do!The unit itself is very strong too, and destroying it won't result in reverting the effect backwards. It's just complete counter.
